Conveyancing Process

          Part 1 – (Approximately Two to Four  weeks)

v     Transferring Attorney appointed and receives the instruction.

v     Cancellation figures of the seller’s bond and title deeds are requested from the relevant bank {2- 3 weeks}

  v     Requesting Town Council rates & electricity clearance figures
           {2- 3 weeks}

  v     Bond finance to be arranged for purchaser {2- 3 weeks} – bond may
           be approved within 48 hours, but the Bond instruction to Attorneys
           to register a new bond or further loan may take approximately two to
           three weeks.

 Part 2 –( One to Two Weeks)

  v     As soon as finances are in order and instructions have been
           received, documents are to be drawn up and clients are requested to sign.

  v     Attorneys costs to be requested from Purchaser – once payment has
           been received, the Receiver of Revenue and Town Council are paid
          and after obtaining the receipts {4-7 days} the transfer and Bond
          documents are ready to be lodged in the Deeds Office.

 Part 3 – (Two Weeks)

  v     Once the document has been lodged at the Deeds Office, the
           registration of the property may take approximately 10 to 15
           working days.
